Alfa Furniture – Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy sets out how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

2.1 Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment clears.

• Custom-made or special-order products may have extended lead times. Estimated delivery will

be confirmed at purchase.

2.2 Shipping Methods & Costs

• We deliver via Australia Post and trusted courier partners.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

• Free local pickup is available from our showroom:

Unit 2/103 Bradman Street, Acacia Ridge, QLD 4110.

2.3 Delivery Times

• Metro Areas: 3–10 business days.

• Regional/Remote Areas: May take longer.

• Custom Orders: Lead times advised at time of purchase.

Delays caused by external freight carriers, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances are outside

our control.

2.4 Tracking

Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided by email or SMS.

2.5 Delivery Issues

• If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact

• Please ensure all delivery details are correct before placing an order. Alfa Furniture is not

responsible for additional shipping charges or delays caused by incorrect addresses.
