By using this website and purchasing from Alfa Furniture, you agree to the following terms.

4.1 Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in AUD and include GST.

• We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

• Orders are only processed once payment has been received.

4.2 Orders

• Order confirmation will be sent via email.

• Alfa Furniture reserves the right to cancel orders where stock is unavailable, pricing errors occur,

or fraud is suspected.

4.3 Shipping & Delivery

• Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address.

4.4 Returns & Refunds

• Refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy for details.

4.5 Warranties

• All goods are covered by statutory guarantees under the ACL.

• Additional warranties, if offered, will be specified on the product page or invoice.

4.6 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alfa Furniture:

• Excludes all liability for indirect, special, or consequential loss,

• Limits liability to the remedies provided under the ACL, or at our option, repair, replacement, or

refund.4.7 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and disputes are subject to the

exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
